Personal Training

Personal training delivered in Lincoln where you have me as your coach taking you through your session. I will write up customised programmes based on your goals, rotate them whenever you need and ensure you're pushing yourself week on week.

Why do you need this?

A structured training plan with me by your side will allow you to switch off and enjoy putting the work in. No more second guessing if you're doing things right! 

Training by yourself just isn't cutting it, you need direction with your sessions and me there to guide you towards your goals in a sustainable way that you enjoy.

You need a coach on hand to help you with queries, accountability and motivation. 

What do you get?

From me you will get macronutrients, a workout plan tailored towards your specific needs and 1-1 coaching sessions lasting up to 1hr delivered from my home gym.

In these sessions you will have me by your side guiding you through your plan, ensuring you're performing each exercise safely/correctly and pushing you to get the most out of the plan.


You also get to ask me anything you like. We can problem solve any of your struggles, praise your wins and make sure sure you're enjoying the journey.

How much is it?

For a one off session of PT its £55 but you save money if you pay me a weekly rolling fee VS the odd session.

1x session = £55 one off payment

1x a week PT = £35 weekly

2x a week PT = £65 weekly

3x a week PT = £90 weekly
